ANNUAL $1000 SCHOLARSHIP
EAM Scholarship Rules & Regulations
- Residency: Alaskan residents, Currently attending or applying to attend University of Alaska, Fairbanks;
- Scholastic Standing: Students who have successfully completed at least three (3) years [or equivalent] of high school study and are currently enrolled in or have completed the fourth year of high school study in an Alaskan school [or home school] with a GPA of at least 2.0 [“C” average] are eligible to apply. Students currently enrolled with any Alaskan College or University with a GPA of at least 2.0 [“C” average] applying to attend University of Alaska, Fairbanks are also eligible to apply;
- Eligible Colleges: University of Alaska, Fairbanks;
- Post-Schooling Intent: Intent to live and work in Alaska following completion of college;
- Application Form: Complete privately funded scholarship process as outlined by the University of Alaska, Fairbanks Financial Aid Office;
- Deadlines: Completed applications must be received as outlined by University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Please contact the University of Alaska, Fairbanks Financial Aid Office Scholarship Coordinator;
- Limits: Successful Applicants are limited to one (1) $1000 Scholarship per Academic Year;
- Appeal & Review: All Merdes Law Office scholarship determinations are final in all respects. There will be no review or appeal of any kind;
- Damage Limitation: Any and all errors and/or omissions by Merdes Law Office, P.C., singular, repeated and/or successive, in any way related to the EAM Scholarship shall accrue only damages limited to a maximum of $1000;
- Termination: Merdes Law Office, P.C. reserves the right to award all, none or any portion of the scholarships references herein and to terminate this scholarship and all related scholarships at any time, for any reason, and without notice of any kind.
