| About Kate: | Kate joined us in 2011. Born and raised in Alaska as part of a mining family, Kate’s background has been in law. Kate was a Deputy Clerk of Court in Fairbanks for more than 11 years before joining Merdes Law Office’s administrative group. She transitioned to paralegal status in 2017 and now works remotely from Vancouver, WA. Kate’s expertise is marshaling the hundreds of details incident to moving every MLO client through the insurance framework – and civil court when insurance companies refuse to pay a claim. Kate is bright, tenacious, hard-working, and dedicated to MLO’s clients.
