| About Kathleen: | Kat joined the Merdes team 2010, left in 2013 to travel Europe, and returned to MLO in 2017. Kat is MLO’s Administrative Coordinator. She is Lori’s right-hand, steering all MLO administrative functions. When you call MLO, you will likely speak with Kat. She is the person who will initially guide you to the right MLO resource. She is the person who always knows “what’s going on” in every case. Kat’s strengths include a fierce commitment to detail and a strong believe in MLO’s core values – always placing our clients first. If you have a communication issue, it is usually best to start with Kat. Being a military wife, Kat will begin working remotely from Portland in later 2020. She has a soft spot for Golden Retrievers and usually overfeeds her cats – one of which is named “Bacon.” The world is full of different people. They just don’t get any better than Kat Steinlein.
